**Designation **: Research & Operations Executive
- Research different competitors in the market.
- Perform Competitive Analysis on the same.
- Brainstorm, recommend and pitch improvements for the new and existing features of the platform
- Research on Universities, High Schools, and different other platforms of the industry.
- Create, edit, and update the dataset of the Universities and Schools..
- Update and edit website, content, post, and pages.
- Communicate with the developer (internal and external) about our needs and requirements for the platform improvement.
- Resolve queries of the developer and the team.
- Set up Meetings and Calls (both internal and external) and note down minutes of the meeting.
- Actively Participate in team meetings and discussions
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing would be an added advantage

**Reporting Structure **: This is a position which directly reports to the founders.

**Skills **: Proficient in Ms Office, HTML, CSS, Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) is a MUST

**Compensation **: To the best of the industry standards

**PS **: This is a Full Time position based out of Mumbai.
