As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing andmanaging digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services acrossvarious online platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to developstrategies, execute campaigns, analyze data, and optimize performance to drivebusiness objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and adeep understanding of digital marketing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts, including creating posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising platforms to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to measure ROI and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and suggest new strategies and tactics to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visual assets, landing pages, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized services such as graphic design, web development, or media buying.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in BMS / BBA or similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and social advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
