To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas and gather feedback for iterative improvements.

4. Develop responsive web designs that ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and UI/UX.

6. Maintain and enhance the existing user interface design to improve usability and overall aesthetics.

7. Ensure that the design elements and layouts align with Vikramas' brand guidelines and standards.

8. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs accordingly.

9. Collaborate with the development team during the implementation phase to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

10. Continuously seek ways to optimize and enhance the performance and visual appeal of our digital products.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Web Designer, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

2. Solid portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects with a focus on user interface and user experience design.

3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar.

4. Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.

5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure effective collaboration with the development team.

6. A keen eye for detail, with an ability to balance aesthetics and functionality in design solutions.

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.

9. Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the enhancement of the learning experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
