Our Company is currently seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as **Telecallers** in the Aviation or Hospitality industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, providing information about our aviation or hospitality services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our aviation or hospitality services and offerings.
- Provide detailed information about packages, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, reservations, or customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow up with customers to nurture leads, answer follow-up questions, and assist with booking or reservation processes.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team targets, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in aviation, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
- Knowledge of the aviation or hospitality industry, including flight schedules, ticketing procedures, or hotel amenities, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying a high level of professionalism.
- Fluency in additional languages, especially English, is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
