- **Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
- **Organization Skills**:
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Flexible Working Shifts**:
Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts, to accommodate project requirements and time zone differences for overseas clients.
- **Overseas Client Handling**:
Effectively communicate with and manage relationships with overseas clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs.
- **Communication Skills**:
Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
- **Project Management Certification (Optional)**:
Any certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- **Staff Augmentation**:
Ability to handle client interactions for staff augmentation, understanding client staffing requirements and coordinating with the recruitment team.
- **Team Player**:
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- **Problem Solver**:
Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- **Networking Expertise**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Familiarity with various CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
