**Position: Stores Incharge**

**Base Location: Panipat**

**Gender: Male**

**Age: 30 - 45 years**

**Experience: 4 yrs+**

**Salary Package: 4 Lac PA**

**Store Incharge**:

- Good Knowledge of Stores, Inventory, Dispatch, Logistics, Tally, & ERP.
- Ensure the storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products marketed by the company.
- Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered.
- Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers.
- Keep a record of sales and restock. Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records
- Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures
- Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory
- Maintain and evaluate inventory records on a quarterly basis
- Train store staff in product dating and create procedures to eliminate loss
- Create an efficient space utilization plan
- Notify store management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability
- Instruct store staff on proper procedures for locating and utilizing product inventory
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
- Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Panipat, Panipat - 132103, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
