**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our valued guests. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in ensuring outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at our establishment.

Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide relevant information about our services and offerings.

Provide guests with a comprehensive understanding of the art and science behind brewing through an engaging brewery tour experience

Respond to guest inquiries, reservations, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.

Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for effective resolutions.

Actively seek feedback from guests to continuously improve our services and enhance their experience.

Promote and enroll guests in our loyalty programs to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and inviting ambiance.

Assist in coordinating and executing special events, celebrations, and promotions.

Keep records of guest interactions, feedback, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.

Stay updated on our menu, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with poise.

A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.

Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.

High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage guest inquiries efficiently.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wardha road, Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work as GRE: 3 years (preferred)
