- Assisting in management of storage environment to maintain performance at desired optimum levels along with OEM and customer team.
- Assisting in the development of storage management policy, configuration and management of disk array, storage virtualization, SAN fabric / switches,
- NAS, tape library, etc. along with OEM and Customer Team.
- Assist in Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document for the Storage Administration along with customer team.
- Performs software/firmware management assistance and collaboration.
- Implements change management requests.
- Assists with the solution documentation of policies and procedures in conjunction with the compliance manager(s) and with other key stakeholders.
- Manages migration activities (monitor reports).
- Recommends procedure changes that result in operational optimization.
- Shares best practices from other engagements.
- Isolates and assist in troubleshoots incidents with the help of OEM and customer team.
- Performs service incident coordination.
- Opens service requests on behalf of the Customer.
- Participates in root cause analysis review.

**Secondary Skill: Backup (DD, Networker)**
- Perform daily health checks of backup infrastructure hardware.
- Provide Backup & Restore Reports on Daily basis
- Record, track the issues identified during health checks and assist in resolving along with customer support team
- Monitor backup infrastructure. Review monitoring alerts, raise incidents request with OEM support team.
- Perform regular hygiene and maintenance activities
- Monitor Backup jobs. Raise incident tickets with OEM Team, for any failed jobs or backup issues.
- Generate and send backup reports daily
- Performs service incident coordination
- Escalate major issues to management promptly
- Opens service requests on behalf of the Customer
- Participates in root cause analysis review along with customer and OEM team.
- Arrange DC access for OEM engineers
