- **Sr. Front Office Executive / Front Office Supervisor**:

- **Age: 23 to 35 years**:

- **Minimum 3 year experience in a 3 star hotel or resort on a similar role Able to lead a team of front office staffs and trainees efficiently Fluent in Speaking English and Malayalam.**:

- **Speaking Hindi is an advantage**:

- **Working hours: 10 hrs in rotational shifts.**:

- **Overall management of Hotel Front Desk as per Hotel Policy and business objective.**:

- **Front office Operation Systems and Procedures development and implementation.**:

- **Ensure legal and authority compliance in front office operations.**:

- **Maintaining room inventory records and updating OTA and channel partner.**:

- **Training and mentoring of front office staff.**:

- **Facilitate efficient check-in, check-out and billing operations.**

**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
