**Title (Client Acquisition Associate) one who can bring new client for US IT Staffing**
**Responsibilities**
- Your responsible for the full sales lifecycle.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Develops strong relationships with our client's hiring managers by understanding their staffing needs, and presenting a solution to the company and new prospects.
- Collaborate with the IT staffing team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry events to increase visibility and build relationships with potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competition to ensure that the company is well positioned in the market.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and forecast future revenue.
**Required Experience**
- 4+ years of experience in a Sales role within the staffing industry (Technical staffing is highly preferred)
- Ability to take feedback from customers and translate to actionable feature request for our recruiting team
- Strong sense of urgency for action.
- Detail oriented, results drive, and a go getter.
- Excellent team player that puts the team first.
**Salary**: From ₹41,195.39 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
