**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in Hindi and Marathi languages, adhering to the ICSE curriculum guidelines.

2. Utilize various teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies to make language learning enjoyable and effective for students.

3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student participation, critical thinking, and respect for each other's cultures.

4. Assess and evaluate students' language skills regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalized support to facilitate their progress.

5. Encourage students to develop strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi and Marathi.

6. Integrate cultural elements and literature from Hindi and Marathi-speaking regions into the curriculum to enrich students' understanding of the languages.

7. Collaborate with other language teachers and faculty members to design cross-curricular projects and activities.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic performance and attendance, providing timely reports to parents and school administration.

9. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and conferences to discuss students' progress and address any concerns or queries from parents.

10. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events to contribute to the school's academic and cultural programs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
1. B.Ed degree in Hindi / Marathi languages.

2. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, preferably in an ICSE Board School.

3. Fluency in Hindi and Marathi languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Passion for teaching and a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire young learners.

5. Knowledge of the ICSE curriculum and proficiency in incorporating innovative teaching methods.

6. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

7. Patience, empathy, and an understanding of the developmental needs of primary school students.

8. Tech-savviness and the ability to integrate technology into the teaching process.

9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

10. Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to the school's culture.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
