**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and identify potential leads.
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating the benefits of working with our company.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and market trends to interested clients.
- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties and coordinate with our sales team.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
