**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and helpful information about our programs, services, and initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for a positive resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our mission and the impact of our work in the field of animal husbandry.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve our services and customer experience, and provide feedback to the team.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as administrative support and data entry.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine passion for animal welfare and the mission of Samvedna Development Society.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to start immediately.

Pay: ₹16,571.60 - ₹16,671.60 per month
