Qualification: B. E /B. Tech with Mechanical and 3-4 years of working experience in Industry working on Digitization & IoT project along with automation lines & SPMs manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Deliverables: Conceptualizing and Design of Special Purpose machines & Automation line for assembly operations of MCCB & ACB.
Preparation of RFQ, Vendor identification, Quotation Study & Evaluation of process Preparation of Payback & IRR for the proposals
- Time and motion study for assembly line, Line /station Layout Design Troubleshooting of SPMs/ Automation Lines Preparation of Operating manuals, SOP's, training to shop / maintenance persons, handover to production / maintenance Functional Competencies: Machine Design, Assembly Line design.
Experience of Robotic Applications, Design of Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuits Design tools like Creo, AutoCAD. Behavioural Competencies: Good analytics skills, Good written & communication skills, Creative & Innovative
