**Job Title**: Store & Warehouse Incharge

**Experience**: 9-15 years in Store & Warehouse Operations

**Salary**: ₹10 to 15 LPA

**Qualification**: B.Tech / MBA

**Job Location**: IMT Manesar

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the entire store and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with EOU (Export Oriented Unit) rules and regulations.

2. Monitor stock levels of raw materials (RM) and finished goods, maintaining optimal inventory.

3. Prepare indents for all store items using ERP systems.

4. Track inventory levels closely, especially for critical items, and notify the purchase team for procurement when stock is low.

5. Book receipts and update inventory in the ERP system.

6. Ensure adherence to inventory management protocols, including compliance with ISO, ROHS, and TS regulations.

7. Maintain accurate documentation and records for job work and follow all store processes and procedures.

8. Handle FG-store receipts, update inventory in ERP, and coordinate the physical dispatch of finished goods for export shipments.

9. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management.
- Knowledge of EOU regulations and compliance standards like ISO, ROHS, and TS.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
