We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Tele Sales executive to utilize inbound and outbound leads to achieve sales targets. The executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling of courses

To be successful as an Telesales executive, you should be persuasive, disciplined and committed to deliver. A top-performing Inside sales executive should be able to deliver the desired results as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

You will be working with The Yoga Institute, one of the world’s oldest organized centers of Yoga.

**Telesales Executive Responsibilities**:

- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential Inbound leads questions and sending additional information.
- Keeping up with information and updates on the various courses and services.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Upselling products and services.
- Achieving your monthly and Yearly sales targets.

**Telesales Executive Requirements**:

- HSC or Graduate in any field. (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field is preferred)
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

**Working hours** - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Work Location** - Santacruz-East (Close to Railway Station)

**Probationary Period**: 3 months

**Immediate Joining will be preferred**

**Leave Policy** - 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays

**Food Policy-** Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates serving with them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed in the Institute premises.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
