Responsibilities of this role:

- Lead business process re-engineering projects and aim to streamline
and improve the workflows within the University
- Drive optimization by identifying areas of improvement opportunity,
defining and planning projects to improve performance
- Achieve buy-in from all stakeholders for the implementation of process
improvement
- Active engagement with the stakeholders to understand issues and
manage the change process which may include cross-functional
collaboration
- Promote process excellence and efficiency across the University
- Instill the continuous improvement mindset by working with and training
key stakeholders in Lean Six Sigma
- Determine and propose usage of appropriate technologies to achieve
operational efficiency
- Manage resources to deliver effective

solutions across Aequs group of
companies
Qualifications and Wxperience:

- Bachelor's in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical related field) preferably
from NIT, IIT, or equivalent.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is required; Master Black belt
preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of Lean Six Sigma experience with hands on
experience - Planning, Implementing, Coaching and Mentoring
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management, Performance Improvement,
and Business Management related experience
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing Quality
Management System
- Highly independent with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate at
all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing
organizational goals.
- Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach
consensus around common goals.
