**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Connect and engage with pre-generated leads.
- Providing proper information about websites and customized software.
- Initiate repeat sales by following up on phone calls from existing customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Handling of customer inquiries.
- Develop relationships with key customers, recognizing their diversity, in seeking to add value to the services provided.

- Client handling skills.
**Desired** **Skills**:
- Prior experience in sales/business development will be preferred.
