**Responsibilities**:

**Curriculum Development**: Designing and updating course syllabi, materials, assignments, and assessments to align with industry trends and academic standards.

**Mentoring**: Providing academic and career guidance to students, assisting them in setting goals, and offering advice on course selection and career paths.

**Research and Scholarship**:
**Research Activities**: Conducting original research in the fields of HR and Marketing, publishing research papers in reputable academic journals, presenting findings at conferences, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the discipline.

**Supervision**: Mentoring and supervising graduate students' research projects, theses, and dissertations.

**Service and Engagement**:
**Departmental Committees**: Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and initiatives related to curriculum development, assessment, and program improvement.

**University Service**: Engaging in university-wide committees, task forces, or projects that contribute to the institution's academic and administrative functions.

**Community Outreach**: Engaging with industry professionals, businesses, and community organizations to foster collaborations, partnerships, and experiential learning opportunities for students.

**Professional Development**:
**Continuing Education**: Staying current with the latest developments, research, and trends in HR and Marketing through attending conferences, workshops, and professional development activities.

**Skills Enhancement**: Continuously improving teaching methods, instructional technology skills, and pedagogical approaches to enhance the learning experience for students.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:
**Grading and Assessment**: Evaluating student performance, grading assignments and exams, and providing constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and growth.

**Office Hours**: Holding regular office hours to provide academic support, guidance, and mentoring to students.

**Advising**: Advising students on academic planning, course registration, and career development.

**Administrative Tasks**: Fulfilling administrative duties such as maintaining records, submitting reports, and coordinating with departmental staff.
