**QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE FROM REPUTED HOTELS IN THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT IS REQUIRED**

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Room Boy to join our team at [Hotel Name], a prestigious four-star hotel. As a Room Boy, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are impeccably clean, tidy, and well-maintained to provide exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Cleaning**: Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
- **Linen Management**: Replace used linens and towels with fresh ones and ensure their proper storage and inventory management.
- **Maintenance**: Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms promptly to the maintenance department for timely resolution.
- **Guest Interaction**: Interact with guests courteously and professionally, addressing any requests or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with hotel standards before guests' arrival.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- diploma or digree in hotel management

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
