**Profile**: Sales Support & Logistics Support Associate

**Experience**:0.6 Months - 1.5 Year

**Location**:Indore

**Remuneration**:1.2 LPA to 3 LPA

**Target Industry**:FMCG / PHARMA / PERSONAL CARE

**NOTE**:

- Must be excellent in verbal & written communication.

**Customer Relation & Logistics Support Associate**

Logistics associates **assist in the management of an organization's logistics systems**. They coordinate the shipment and distribution of goods, inspect goods and materials, track shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party service.

**Sales Support & Logistics Support Associate**

**(Job Responsibilities)**
- Be responsible to support day-to-day logistics operations of stock planning, ordering and performing monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment
- Liaise with external parties such as haulage, forwarders on delivery and documentation requirements. Be the contact person for all shipment arrangements
- To ensure stock accuracy and inventory transaction and control
- Be responsible for periodic cyclical stock count
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse, inventory related and relevant matters for management review
- To assist on customers inquiries and order/invoice management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and adapt to continuously changing procedures and processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required by superior

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain related or relevant discipline
- Working experience and knowledge on either import/export processes or warehousing would be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, hands-on, attention to details and service-oriented with good spoken and written English skills
- Posses a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and deploy resources appropriately
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel
- Good team player with good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,852.12 - ₹26,132.75 per month
