- Calling USA-based International Job seekers and check their availability.
- Match requirement based on the job description provided.
- Screen resumes for positions and maintaining resume database
- Provide daily feedback and coordinating with Account Managers
- Negotiating rates with prospective vendors
- Coordinating interviews and presenting offers.
- Responsible for handling IT/Non IT requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Career builder, Monster, LinkedIn).
- Good experience in working on a full-time, Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
