**Responsibilities**:

- Process various transactions (Reviewing the transactions processed by other team members or onshore processors for different product types or business units)
- Exercise judgment and product understanding to determine appropriate handling of complex issues and high-value financial transactions around core business functions of the unit
- Approving the transactions in a form of letter review work and doing further proceedings of benefit determination by moving them to the Onshore team
- Rejecting the transactions if transactions are not processed correctly or the required information is missing and moving them back to the processors for required corrections by mentioning the misses
- Conducting the coaching and feedback sessions for team members

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

Bachelor’s degree (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
- Minimum 48 months of experience in Business Process Off-shoring, Financial Institutions, Insurance industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong computer navigation skills
- Good typing skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Proficient with related software

**Process Specific Skills**:

- Strong hold on process knowledge/process expert
- Good Insurance/Retirement knowledge
- Process reporting skills
- Coaching and Feedback skills
- Ability to multi-task, interact with customer and handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment

**Soft Skills (mandatory)**:

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding and comprehension of the English language
- Good Analytical, problem-solving skills
- Very High Detail Orientation
- Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with mínimal direction in an evolving, fast-paced work environment
- Team player
- Positive attitude
