Looking for Digital Transformation Consultant HRO with Minimum 10yrs of experience and 4 years into relevant field.
- Talent Acquisition, Payroll Operations, Developing Learning Systems, Driving Training & Development, Onboarding, HR Shared services, workforce administration and HR operations.
- Sound Knowledge of HR Processes
- Well versed with latest HR Tools & Technology
- Familiar with HR Reporting, Dashboarding and Analytics
- Understanding of operations in HR Shared Services / HRO setups
- Should have managed 3-4 end to end HR Transformation Projects (either In-house or in Consulting role)
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Strong Consultative skills
- Strong Project Implementation skills
- Thought Leadership
- Education: Graduate (Any). Post Graduate (MBA/equivalent preferred). HR Certifications (Optional)

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
