**_Who can apply?_**:

- A degree in Education or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have proven experience as a coordinator.
- Must have experience in teaching or managing a tutorial center.
- Ability to cast spells is a plus, but not required (just kidding)

**_Roles & Responsibilities_**:

- Schedule classes with the power of a wizard, ensuring all students are properly sorted into the right classes and levels.
- Take attendance like a sorcerer, keeping track of every student and teacher in your spellbook.
- Monitor the performance of every class, using your magical intuition to guide and support each teacher.
- Be the point of contact with parents regarding attendance and academic issues, using your gift of gab to calm any concerns and reassure them of their child’s progress.
- Meet all new enquiries and convert them to admissions using your persuasive charm and the power of your magical spells.
- Handle student demos during admissions with the flair of a showman, showcasing the magic of our tutorials and winning over potential new students.
- Take ownership of all teacher’s logs and tasks, organizing them with the precision of a magician’s assistant.
- Great communication skills are a must, as is the ability to multitask like a master wizard.
- You should be someone who can handle great pressure, and can adapt to changing circumstances with the ease of a shape-shifting wizard.

**_Employment Type_**
Full-time, Work from Office, 5 days per week (All Saturdays and Sundays are working)
