**Primary Responsibilities:

- **
- Quotation submission to customer
- Follow up for PO from customer
- PI submission to advance customers
- PO amendment on case to case basis
- Advance payment collection from customer
- Update ETD to customer
- Way bill arrangement from customer
- Sharing dispatch details with customer
- Follow up for closure of open parts issue
- MIS for analysis of order conversion from quotation submitted
- Follow up for AR with credit customers

**Secondary Responsibilities:

- **
- Coordinates with all Warehouse for day to day operations
- Coordinates with all the departments for smooth functioning of operations
- Maintain good relation with all the Customers
