Preparation of Labour Compliance Audit document and attending the audit.
- CLRA compliance and contractors compliance audit and prepare the Audit observation reports under applicable labour laws.
- Detailed audit report categorizing high-medium-low risks and mitigation steps.
- Evaluate registrations applicable under the Labor laws.
- Evaluate displays under all applicable Acts.
- Assess statutory payment under all applicable labor laws.
- Evaluate the status of exemptions as applicable under all labor laws.
- Evaluate the status of registers maintained under applicable laws.
- Evaluate submission of returns under applicable laws on a monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ annual basis.
- Evaluate response to Inspections and consequences.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
