Sea Export Documentation Executive

As a Sea Export Documentation Executive specializing in FCL shipments, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely processing of all documentation related to the export of goods via sea freight. Your primary focus will be on handling Full Container Load (FCL) shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Management**:
- Prepare and review all export documentation accurately and efficiently, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and specific country regulations.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for each shipment.
- **Booking and Coordination**:
- Coordinate with shipping lines and carriers to secure FCL bookings, ensuring optimal routes and schedules to meet client requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouses, and other relevant parties to arrange for container pickup, stuffing, and delivery to the port.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements for FCL shipments.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable trade compliance regulations, including but not limited to, export controls, sanctions, and embargo regulations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to documentation or shipments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their shipments and any relevant documentation requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular audits of documentation processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy and compliance at all times.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies in documentation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sea export documentation, preferably with a focus on FCL shipments.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
