We're committed to growth and are looking for efficient Back Office Executive to join our strong team.

As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible with a variety of administrative task to ensure smooth operation of the organisation. You'll work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where your contributions will have an indirect yet crucial impact on our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inputting and updating data accurately in the company's databases and systems.
- Managing and organizing documents, files, and records.
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Outbound calling to various clients to update about various services of the organisation.

**Key Skills Requirements**:

- Excellent MIS Knowledge (MS Excel-V Lookup, H Lookup, Pivot Table, Duplicate, Conditional Formatting, Shortcut keys)
- Impressive verbal skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English and above average writing skills in all
- Excellent typing speed

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
