1. Overall responsibility of Quality Control Function

2. Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.

3. Setting standards for quality of Product & Safety.

4. Ensuring Quality of products as per specification.

5. Ensuring quality standards for all incoming material inspection like RM, PM and online inspection.

6. Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards. Ensure implementation of all SOP with co - ordination with concern department informing any Non -confirming of product to Management.

7. Support to corrective and preventive action for customer complaint & other Non-compliances, deviations and out of specification. Root cause analysis of above.

8. Calibration & validation of all measuring instruments & equipment/machines.

9. Prepare annual product review and statistical trend analysis for the data.

10. Carry out vendor audit as and when required.

11. Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.

12. Manage, plan and direct the Quality Control laboratory to ensure lab testing provide the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing while ensuring compliance with protocols, cGMP and safety regulations.

13. Create, revise, review and approve protocols, supporting analytical data, and reports associated with method validation, testing, and release of starting materials, intermediates, and FGs.

14. Final Review of Batch Documentation

15. Demonstrate technical proficiency in analytical methodology and adherence to cGMP and ICH compliance.
