Our area of operations are ,Mumbai ,Navi-Mumbai ,Thane ,Raigad ,Sindhudurg ,Vasai -Virar.

We have been catering to Private and Government hospitals in the aforementioned regions for the last 22 years under the astute leadership of Dr.Tushar Chitre.

The current job opening is for an Accounts Executive & the role demands the following
- 1. Maintaining Books Of Accounts ,Tax Records ,Bank Records, Legal Documentation ,Business Documents ,Cash Ledgers, Staff Attendance

& Salaries ,Efficiently managing Inventory ,Communicating with Customers ,Staff ,Business Colleagues ETC.

2. Generating Invoices, Proforma Invoices ,Delivery Challans ,Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Dr/Cr. Notes ,Salary Payable etc.

3. Calculating Taxes & Charges ( GST ,TDS ,Advance tax etc )

4. Tracking bank transactions - Keeping a detailed record of all operative accounts ,Coordinating with bank staff and maintaining cordial relations.

5. Calculating Working Capital cycle and suggesting precautionary or remedial measures in improving the same.

6. Tracking Accounts Receivable and Payable ,Rigorous Follow Ups for payments receivable, Cash flow analysis.

8. Communication with Principal Companies while having an amicable and professional conduct.

9. Handling and managing petty cash & tracking cash expenses.

10. Coordinating with Chartered Accountants & assisting them whenever required.

11. All other admin work ,as and when required/demanded.

**Expectations**
- Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with

program development for existing clients and new prospects
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
- Follow up with clients And team regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve amicably.
- Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in programs including Tally prime,Tally ERP 9 ,PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales & functioning processes.

**The pay-scale we are offering is Rs.15,000 to Rs 30,000 as is deemed fit by the management.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
