maintainWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team at an Immigration office. As our clients' first point of contact, the receptionist will ensure that all visitors are welcomed with a positive and professional demeanor.
- The Receptionist will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing the front desk, and responding to client inquiries.
- Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive and professional first impression of the company.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage the front desk, handling deliveries, and maintained the reception area, Schedule client appointments
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services
- Follow office policies and procedures and ensure a safe and clean working environment Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
