Hiring for Hostel Warden

**Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our Dental College as a Hostel Warden. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hostel and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive living environment for our students. As a Hostel Warden, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall academic and personal development of our students.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operation of the hostel, including check-ins, check-outs, and resident inquiries.
- Maintain a safe and secure living environment by conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing hostel rules and regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of hostel facilities, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for residents.
- Organize and coordinate resident activities and events, promoting a sense of community and ensuring residents are engaged and supported.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including first aid availability and emergency procedures.
- Manage resident issues and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and support.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, including registration details, contact information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education management or a related field.
- Proven experience in hostel management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in hostel management.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to hostel operations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required.
