Hostel Warden for Girls

**Responsibilities**
- Administrative Support:

- Good communication skills
- Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents of Hostel Students
- Coordinating with Principal and Teachers regarding the academic progress of the students.

2.Student Support:

- Being a point of contact for student-related matters, including disciplinary issues or health concerns.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students in the hostel, including overseeing check-ins and check-outs, and responding to emergencies.

3.Hostel Management:

- Supervising hostel facilities and ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Managing room allocations, ensuring proper occupancy, and addressing any room-related issues.
- Enforcing hostel rules and regulations, and addressing behavioral or disciplinary concerns among hostel residents.
- Collaborating with the administrators or supervisor to create a conducive living environment for students.

4.Communication and Coordination:

- Acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
- Facilitating communication between hostel residents and school management.
- Coordinating with external vendors or service providers for hostel-related needs such as maintenance.

5.Emergency Response:

- Collaborating with other staff members to handle crises or emergencies effectively.

6.Other Duties:

- Supporting the organization of school events, such as parent-teacher meetings or graduation ceremonies.
- Undertaking any other tasks or projects as assigned by school management.
