**Job Description**:
- overseeing the production, quality control, and formulation of Ayurvedic medicines.
- Your role will involve a combination of traditional Ayurvedic principles and modern
scientific techniques to ensure the efficacy, safety, and quality of the products.
- Research and develop formulations for Ayurvedic medicines based on traditional
texts, pharmacopeias, and scientific literature.
- Experiment with various herbs, minerals, and other natural ingredients to create
effective and safe formulations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all raw materials and finished
products meet regulatory standards and specifications.
- Perform analytical testing, such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy, to assess the
purity, potency, and safety of ingredients and final products.
- Oversee the manufacturing process, including extraction, purification, mixing, and
packaging, to ensure consistency and adherence to established protocols.
- Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes
for efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines governing the production
and labeling of Ayurvedic medicines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including documentation,
record-keeping, and reporting.
- Stay abreast of advancements in Ayurvedic medicine, herbal pharmacology, and
related fields.
- Participate in research projects aimed at improving product efficacy, safety, and
standardization.
- Maintain detailed records of formulation recipes, production batches, quality
control tests, and other relevant data.
- Prepare reports on product performance, quality metrics, and compliance status
for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Ayurvedic Medicine, or a related
field.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, herbal medicine, and traditional Indian
pharmacology.
- Experience in formulation development, quality control, or production management,
preferably in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and instrumentation used in chemical analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing the production and labeling of herbal
products is desirable.
**Experience**:
Compulsory 3 years in core field.
Salary Package:
Rs.20,000/- to 25,000/
