**We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical team and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the technology strategy and vision of the company, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software, systems, and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, technical architecture, and timelines.
- Manage a team of skilled engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
- Drive innovation and research to identify opportunities for process improvements and new product development.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, evaluating and integrating third-party solutions when necessary.
- Participate in strategic decision-making processes and present technical insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a technology leader, with a strong track record of driving successful technology initiatives.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, coding languages, and system architecture.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
