**Job Title**: CA Inter **Experience**: 0-1 Years

A Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter with 0-1 years of experience is a junior-level professional who has completed the intermediate stage of the Chartered Accountancy program and is working towards becoming a fully qualified CA. In this role, they assist senior CA professionals and gain hands-on experience in various accounting, auditing, and financial tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

**Taxation**: Support in tax compliance, including income tax, GST, and other relevant tax matters. Assist in the preparation of tax returns.

**Audit Support**: Participate in the audit process, including internal audits and external audits, by preparing audit documents and assisting in audit procedures.

**Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate accounting records, including ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial data entry.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the budgeting process and financial forecasting, helping to create financial plans and analyze variances.

**Financial Analysis**: Perform financial analysis, such as ratio analysis and profitability analysis, to provide insights into the financial health of the organization.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws. Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations.

**Documentation**: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and financial reports.

**Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.

**Research**: Conduct research on accounting and financial issues to support decision-making and problem-solving.

**Assist in Advisory**: Assist in providing financial and tax advisory services to clients or the organization.

**Professional Development**: Continue to progress in the CA qualification by passing the remaining exams and gaining practical experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Completion of CA Intermediate level or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Understanding of local and international financial regulations and standards (if applicable).
- A commitment to continuing professional development and becoming a fully qualified CA.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
