As a Sales Executive at **V Pro Sports**, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and product knowledge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our sports equipment and gear.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, adhering to pricing guidelines and sales policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and product improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sports goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
