**Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor**

**Location : Hyderabad**

**Job Description**:
**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week.**
**- Face-to-face interviews will be conducted as part of the selection process.**
**- Office hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.**
**- The salary for this position can go up to 6.5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).**
**- Should have inside sales knowledge**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals.

3. Offer guidance on course selection, program suitability, and career prospects to assist students in making informed decisions.

4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and update the CRM system regularly.

6. Achieve and exceed individual admission targets and quotas.

7. Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline and improve the admissions process.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and the institution's offerings.

**Key Qualifications**:
1. 0- 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in education or a related field.

2. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

3. Adept at building rapport with prospective students and providing exceptional customer service.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

5. Proactive and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and data management.

7. Ability to work a 6-day week.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
