- Staffing and Recruitment: Plan and coordinate nursing staff requirements, including recruitment, hiring, orientation, and ongoing staff development. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet patient care needs and regulatory requirements.
- Quality and Patient Safety: Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety within the nursing department. Implement and monitor evidence-based practices, quality metrics, and performance indicators to enhance patient outcomes.
- Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of safe, effective, and efficient patient care. Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery, patient outcomes, and adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Budgeting and Resource Management: Develop and manage the nursing department's budget, including staffing costs, supplies, equipment, and technology needs. Optimize resource utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care quality.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements related to nursing practice. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and other departments within the organization. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and executive leadership.
- Professional Development: Support the professional growth and development of nursing staff through mentorship, education programs, and opportunities for advancement. Encourage and facilitate ongoing learning and the pursuit of advanced certifications or degrees.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with patients, families, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance the patient experience. Collaborate with community organizations and participate in relevant professional associations and committees.
- Crisis Management: Lead and coordinate nursing response during emergencies, disasters, or other critical incidents. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.

**Salary**: ₹16,194.72 - ₹48,000.00 per month
