Mi Thermocouples Junction Welder

**Responsibilities**:

- **Thermocouple Assembly**: Assemble thermocouples according to specifications, including selecting appropriate metal alloys, insulating materials, and sheath sizes.
- **Welding Operations**: Utilize specialized welding equipment to join the thermocouple wires at their junction points, ensuring proper electrical conductivity and thermal stability.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect completed welds and thermocouple assemblies to verify accuracy, integrity, and adherence to quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the welding process, including adjusting equipment settings or techniques as necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of welding parameters, materials used, and inspection results to ensure traceability and quality assurance.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating welding equipment and handling materials, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- **Welding Experience**: Proven experience in welding operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with welding techniques specific to thermocouple assembly, including knowledge of different metal alloys and their properties.
- **Precision and Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with precision and accuracy to produce high-quality thermocouple junctions consistently.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding processes and equipment.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Additional vocational training or certification in welding or related fields is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise assembly and welding operations.
- Ability to lift and maneuver materials and equipment as needed.

**Work Environment**:
The work environment may involve exposure to high temperatures, noise, and hazardous materials. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
