**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of financial and operational audits.
- Conduct audit fieldwork, including gathering and analyzing data, performing tests of controls, and documenting audit procedures.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify weaknesses or deficiencies in processes.
- Prepare clear and concise audit workpapers to support findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with audit team members to develop audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate audit findings to management and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to auditing.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in auditing or accounting preferred, but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Professional certification (such as CPA, CIA, or CISA) is a plus.
