**Responsibilities and Activities**:

- **Supervisor Training and Support**:

- Provide comprehensive training to all supervisors related to operations and collections.
- Resolve all queries from supervisors promptly.
- **Field Activities**:

- Conduct field visit activities to oversee operations and provide on-site support.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor various operational metrics and provide timely reports, including:

- DTDC (Daily Time and Date Compliance)
- Beat attendance
- Secondary point clearance
- Dustbin clearance
- Generate and distribute various reports to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management**:

- Offer inputs to supervisors to improve and maintain healthy KPIs, avoiding commercial losses by focusing on:

- Start of work
- Bins clearance
- Sweeping around
- Dry and wet segregation
- Resolve all HR-related queries to maintain KPI standards.
- **Data Coordination**:

- Coordinate with field supervisors to provide data related to KPIs to prevent commercial losses.
- **Municipal Corporation Reporting**:

- Provide any reports demanded by the Municipal Corporation promptly and accurately.
- **Vehicle Mapping**:

- Conduct daily vehicle mapping to ensure a healthy DTDC percentage and prevent commercial losses.
- **Interdepartmental Query Resolution**:

- Resolve KPI-related queries from the Engineering department.
- **Operational Support**:

- Provide IT support to ensure smooth site operations, especially on challenging days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
