**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure the well-being of all patrons.
- Monitor trampoline park activities to identify and address any safety concerns or hazards.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers, including proper trampoline usage techniques.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to coordinate operations and address any issues that arise.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 kgs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
