**1. Jr. Accountant**

We are looking for driven Jr. Accountant with a basic understanding of Accounting Standards, Policies, Principles and terms; who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience.

**Job and responsibilities**:
a. Daily posting of journal entries ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles

b. Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure all transactions are properly accounted for

c. Maintain and update the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries

d. Assist in preparation and closing of monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets

e. Participate in the year-end closing process, including audit preparation and co-ordination

f. Assist in analysis and preparation of data for payment & filing returns of GST, TDS, PT, EPF etc.,

g. Daily/ weekly/ monthly visibility of tasks & reporting

h. Ensuring accounting as per Accounting Standards, and Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013

i. Assist and prepare of Income Tax Returns in line with provisions as per Income Tax Act, 1961

j. Reconciliation of inter-company transactions

k. Identification of related parties and recording related party transactions

l. Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations

a. Must be a recent graduate from a bachelor’s degree programme in accounting, finance or related field (Prior experience of 1-2 years is recommended)

b. Familiar with accounting software and tools

c. Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey financial information

d. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

e. Willingness to take initiative, learn quickly, and actively contribute to the team's success

f. While not always required, possessing or working towards certifications like the Chartered Accountant (CA), would be an added advantage

Job Details:

- Probationary period: 3 months
- Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
- Compensation: The compensation will be as per industry standards
- Start Date: Immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
