**Job Description: Project Assistant in Molecular Diagnostics**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects related to molecular diagnostics products. You will work closely with the project manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative support to the project manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

2. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

3. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

4. Coordinate with internal teams (Lab, Bioinformatics, CRM) to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

5. Assist in managing project documentation, including maintaining files and databases.

6. Conduct research and gather relevant information to support project decision-making.

7. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for project updates and reviews.

8. Collaborate with external vendors or partners as needed for project-related activities.

9. Support the implementation of quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.

2. Previous experience working in a molecular diagnostics or life sciences industry is preferred.

3. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work output.

5. Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) with experience using project management software being an advantage.

6. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to molecular diagnostics is desirable but not mandatory.
