**Company Description**

**Job Description** The job involves**:

- Co-ordinating with different customers of the company in order to control, monitor and ensure timely collections.
- Generating periodic reports on the status of collections and discussing the same with Management.
- Advising Management in advance of any risks of delinquencies in any collection balances.
- Working closely with Accounting and Technical Departments in order to ensure that all collections are posted promptly and balances updated.
- Reconciling TDS balances with Form 26AS and entries in the accounting system.
- Attending to internal and external audits in connection with collections and taxes deducted thereon.
- Adhering to internal controls and procedures, data crunching and MIS.

- Dynamic, hard-working and focussed with ability to co-ordinate with different departments operating in a decentralized environment but with centralized control on all key matters.
- Adaptable to dynamic situations.
- Willing to be a part of procedure development.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a computerized environment.
- Ability to interact with multi-cultural teams and across time zones.
- Knowledge of ERP, preferably Navision, SAP or Axeptar.
- Willingness to travel outside home base as and when required.

**Qualifications**

- Familiarity with collections management
- Working knowledge of TDS and GST.
