**Job Title: Professor of Bachelor of Business Management**

**Job Overview**:
As a Professor of Bachelor of Business Management, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Management program. Your primary duties will include delivering lectures, conducting seminars, developing course materials, advising students, and contributing to the academic community through research and publication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops related to various aspects of business management.
- Design course syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment materials aligned with program objectives and industry standards.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning experiences.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their academic growth and development.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with faculty members to review and update the Bachelor of Business Management curriculum in line with emerging trends and industry best practices.
- Integrate real-world case studies, practical exercises, and simulations into the curriculum to enhance students' understanding of business management concepts.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the field of business management and incorporate relevant topics into course content.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Mentor and advise undergraduate students on academic matters, career opportunities, and personal development.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to intellectual exploration and critical thinking.
- Provide guidance to students undertaking research projects or internships related to business management.
- **Research and Scholarship**:

- Conduct scholarly research in the field of business management, leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and other scholarly outputs.
- Seek external funding opportunities to support research endeavors and collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects.
- Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to disseminate research findings and engage with the wider scholarly community.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on developments in the field of business management through continuous professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
- Engage in scholarly activities, such as peer review, editorial work, and serving on academic committees, to contribute to the advancement of the discipline.

**Qualifications**:

- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of business management, such as strategic management, organizational behavior, human resource management, marketing, finance, or entrepreneurship.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level, with a proven track record of effective instruction and student engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- A record of scholarly research, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at academic conferences.
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the academic community.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the academic and administrative functions of the institution.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in curriculum development and program assessment within a higher education setting.
- Industry experience or professional certifications relevant to business management.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology-enhanced learning tools.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to academic administration and service.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position typically involves a combination of classroom teaching, research activities, and service obligations.
- Work hours may vary and could include evenings and weekends to accommodate teaching schedules, meetings, and other academic responsibilities.
- Travel may be required for attending conferences, professional development activities, or academic events.

**Salary**: From ₹800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
