Dba ERP

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP System Management**:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the DBA ERP system.
- Ensure the ERP system operates efficiently and meets business requirements.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the ERP system.
- **Database Administration**:

- Administer the underlying database, including performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
- Monitor database performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and security.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using the ERP system.
- Customize and configure the ERP system to support business processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and business processes.
- **Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to ERP system users, resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and use of the ERP system.
- Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
- **Integration and Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with new features and updates of the DBA ERP system.
- Propose and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP capabilities with business needs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience with DBA ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of database management, including SQL.
- Experience with database backup, recovery, performance tuning, and security.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Proficient in report generation and data analysis tools.
- **Professional Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹251,550.67 - ₹1,078,006.07 per year
