**Job Responsibilities Having excellent experience in: -**

**Front office Operations - Different type of Hotels,**

**Reservation Procedures, Guest Tracking**

**Hospitality Software’s - Fidelio / Opera**
- F&B Service, Banquets, Dining Etiquettes, Table

Manners and Table layout
- Housekeeping Operations
- Basics of French Language and terms used

Different types of Menu
- F&B Production, Menu Planning, Alcoholic and Non

Alcoholic Beverages
- Various types of cutlery
- Room servicing and different type of rooms

**Minimum Education 3 years Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management**

**Work Experience 12 years - 20 Years**

**Age Range 35 years - 50 Years**

Gender Male / Female (If Male, then should be married)

Industry Exposure Required Out of total experience, min 3-4 years experience must be

in a 5 star Hotel or reputed organization / Institute

Functional Reporting Center Operations Manager / Regional Delivery Head

Administrative Reporting Centre Operations Manager

IT Knowledge/ Other

Competencies

**Fidelio/ Opera**

**Travel Must be ready to Travel**

**Compensation Band 45 K - 60 K p.m. + PLI upto Rs 10 K p.m.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per month
